Flexible container bags, also known as ton bags or space bags, are made of polypropylene as the main raw material. A small amount of stabilizing agent is added and evenly mixed. The plastic film is melted and extruded through an extruder, cut into filaments, and then stretched. The PP raw yarn with high strength and low elongation is made through heat setting. The base fabric of the plastic woven cloth is then made by weaving and laminating, and then sewn with accessories such as slings to make ton bags.

Antistatic container bags are made of polypropylene as the main raw material. Antistatic masterbatch is added during drawing. The container bags made of this material have good antistatic effect.

Conductive bulk bags achieve electrical conductivity through grounding of conductive threads woven into the bag fabric and straps. They effectively remove static electricity generated during loading and unloading, preventing combustion and explosion. They are primarily used for packaging hazardous materials in industries such as inks, resins, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. The fabric surface resistance is less than 107Ω.

Reinforced bulk bags feature internal reinforcement, ensuring the bag maintains an upright, square shape after filling, saving storage and transportation space. Tampons can be added to the seams to prevent leaks, making them suitable for export container loading. Depending on the reinforcement material, there are two types: clip-on and mesh-reinforced bulk bags.

Anti-ultraviolet container bags, also known as anti-UV container bags, are made of polypropylene as the main raw material, and anti-UV additives are added, which greatly improves the sun protection and anti-aging degree of the anti-UV woven bags, and also improves the tensile strength of the woven bags.
