Antistatic bulk bags are made primarily from polypropylene, with antistatic masterbatch added during the drawing process. These bags exhibit excellent antistatic properties. Plastic film is melt-extruded through an extruder, cut into filaments, and then stretched and heat-set to produce high-strength, low-elongation PP strands. These strands are then woven and laminated to form the base fabric of the plastic woven fabric. This fabric is then sewn with slings and other accessories to create the bulk bag.
Polypropylene (PP)
Suitable for packaging 100-1500Kg powder, granular, flake and block materials
Antistatic bulk bags are made by adding antistatic masterbatch during wire drawing. These bags have excellent antistatic properties. The surface resistance of the fabric is less than 1011Ω, making them suitable for packaging hazardous materials.
Can provide hazardous materials packaging and industrial production license
